Requirements
To qualify to become the greatest of Demacia's duelists, the character must fulfill all of the following criteria:

Skills: Acrobatic 6 ranks
Feats: Dodge and Lunge

Class Skills
Acrobatics (Dex), Climb (Str), Knowledge (nobility) (Int), Perception (Wis), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), and Sense Motive (Wis). 

Skill Points at Each Level
2 + Int modifier.

Class Features
All of the following are features of the prestige class that represents Fiora and her sharp and pointy wit.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Fiora gains no proficiency with weapons nor armor.

Duelist (Ex)
If Fiora successfully lands a melee attack against an enemy that has HD equal to or less than Fiora’s HD-3, she gains fast healing 1 for two rounds.  If Fiora successfully strikes an enemy in melee that has HD greater than her HD-3, she gains fast healing 2 for two rounds.  Fast healing does not stack with itself but Fiora can restart Duelist’s timer with successful attacks.

Lunge (Su)
At 2nd level, as a full round action Fiora can make two successive charge attacks but can only move a total distance equal to double her movement speed.  Fiora can use this ability once per encounter at second level and twice per encounter at fourth level.  I imagine pounce builds would dip for this ability.

Riposte (Sp)
At 3rd level, as an Immediate action, Fiora parries an incoming attack.  She cannot parry spell like abilities, supernatural abilities, nor spells (unless they are 1st level rays).  Fiora can use this ability once per encounter.

She also receives a bonus to her melee attack damage equal to her class level.

Burst of Speed (Ex)
At 4th level, as a full round action, Fiora performs a full attack action with an extra attack at her full attack bonus.  For each attack she lands during the full attack, she can then move 5’ as a free action.  Fiora can use this ability once per encounter; however, if she kills an enemy (or knocks it unconscious), she can use this ability again during the encounter.

Blade Waltz(Sp)
Upon reaching 5th level, Fiora can make five attacks against up to five different enemies as a full round action.  She is immune to attacks of opportunity during Blade Waltz and can move a maximum number of squares that her run speed allows.  All enemies must be within 40’ of each other.  During Blade Waltz, she gains a bonus to damage equal to her HD.  Each extra attack against the same target during Blade Waltz deals five less damage.  Fiora can use this ability once per day.
